Welcome to Primo’s Junk Removal LLC. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Primo’s Junk Removal LLC provides residential and commercial junk removal services, including junk hauling, debris removal, furniture removal, appliance removal, cleanouts, and related hauling services. All services will be performed as described during the estimate or booking process.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are based on the volume of items, type of materials, accessibility, labor required, and disposal fees. Final pricing may vary if the amount of junk, project conditions, or scope of work changes on-site.

3. Cancellations

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.

4. Property Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring the removal area is accessible and free of hazards prior to service. Additional charges may apply for excessive labor, difficult access, hazardous materials, heavy lifting, or unsafe working conditions.

5. Liability

Primo’s Junk Removal LLC is not liable for pre-existing property damage, hidden structural issues, undisclosed hazardous materials, or damage resulting from unsafe conditions, misuse, or inaccessible areas.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Primo’s Junk Removal LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop work on any project deemed unsafe, hazardous, illegal, or unsuitable for junk removal services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
